The Multi-course roleplays option allows sales development managers to design a structured sequences of role‑plays, simultaneously, getting each roleplay to practice a different scenario, all within a single chat with our AI assistant, reducing repetitive prompting that is currently required to create each roleplay individually.

For B2B sales teams

  1. For a B2B sales team, to train sales reps on different stage of a deal cycle, from a demo call to negotiations, where each step might be with a different persona, focusing on different topics

  2. For a B2B sales teams, to train sales reps on a product suit, where each product solves a different set of problems, pain points, or targeting a different audience.

For B2C sales teams

  1. For a call center, with a singe call script, allowing to break down the different parts of the call, into a series of roleplays, where each roleplay focusing on a specific element of the script such as: Discovery, Plans, Pricing options, Technical support, Payment, etc..

Build a series of roleplays as a learning path

The multi-course roleplays creation generates a series of roleplays to simulate a few sales meetings. Each course consist of a single roleplay, designed for a specific use case. Each roleplay setting is stand-alone and completely flexible, similar to generating each roleplay one by one, and includes all the available configurations, similar to when creating a single roleplay.

All the roleplay types and their properties are supported. The AI builder chooses the most relevant roleplay and settings based on the scenario provided in the chat.

Step-by-Step

  1. Click "Create" and choose the Multi-course option

  2. Upload files for the series of roleplays or reference files uploaded to the account settings

  3. Describe a series of roleplays - some context and personas for each different scenario

  4. Review the training plan, suggest edits to one or multiple replays in the series, or approve to move forward to the next step - build the roleplays

  5. The generation process may take up to 3 minutes

  6. When it finishes, the new courses will be waiting for you under "Drafts"

  7. Click the course menu and "Edit" to apply additional changes to the course and test the roleplay, to make sure it's ready to publish. You edit any of the course details or roleplay settings, including adding course tasks to accompany the roleplay

  8. Finish by clicking the "Publish & Share" each of the courses, one by one, and assign to team members
