Summary

We’ve made updates to help you see only the most relevant courses in dashboards and to make exports clearer.

What Changed

  1. Default Time Range

    • First-time visits to dashboards/reports default to 90 days.

    • You can still select 30, 90, 180 days, Custom, or All time.

  2. Course Filtering in Dashboards

    • Courses will only appear if they have had at least one session in the selected date range.

    • Example: In Last 30 Days, a course with no sessions in that period will not appear.

  3. Exports (Mode Data Tab)

    • Some reports match your selected time range when exporting.

    • Others will always export all available data (“All time”).

    • If a report doesn’t support time range filtering, you’ll see a message before the export starts.

Why We Made This Change

  • Faster loading dashboards for quicker insights.

  • Cleaner view of only active courses.

  • Clearer exports so you know when results won’t match dashboard filters.

Tip: If you don’t see a course you expect:

  1. Check the time range selector.

  2. If exporting, read the pre-export message — it will tell you if the report ignores the selected time range.
