Our flexible pricing models were designed to accommodate diverse customer requirements and scale accordingly. To streamline license consumption tracking and enhance client confidence, the Usage Details page was created.
Overview - Pricing and plans
Definitions of License Types
Seats:
You buy Seats for the entire plan (yearly).
For every new user login, a seat is taken, and that user keeps it for the duration of the plan.
If a user is deactivated, their seat will become available again.
Deactiveted users' seats can be reused - contact your CSM for details.
TIP: Why should this plan be used?
“I manage a team of recurring users who need continuous access to their training throughout the year. With this plan, once a user logs in, they retain access for the entire plan duration, ensuring a seamless and uninterrupted learning experience.”
Monthly Active User Credits (MAUC):
You buy credits for the entire year.
Each user login within a month counts as one credit. If a user logs in again on another month, a new credit will be consumed.
All credits can be used in a single month if chosen to, but then an overage will happen whenever a user logs in in the following months.
Unused credits will roll over to the next month.
Credits will expire at the end of the year.
TIP: Why should this plan be used?
“I oversee training for multiple user groups with varying learning patterns. Since some users may not access their courses consistently throughout the year, this plan ensures that unused credits roll over, allowing for flexible training schedules without wasted resources.”
Monthly Active Users (MAU)
You purchase a fixed number of logins per month.
Each unique user who logs in during a given month takes up one login.
At the start of the next month, the count resets, and users can log in again without carrying over from the previous month.
If a user logs in multiple times within the same month, it only counts as one login.
If more users log in than the plan allows, you may need to upgrade or limit access.
TIP: Why should this plan be used?
It offers predictable usage limits while allowing flexibility in who accesses the system each month. Ideal if your users change frequently and you don’t want to lock in specific users for the entire year.
Great for businesses with seasonal training needs or rotating teams.

Q&A
Q: How fresh will the data be on the Consumption Board?
A: Data will reflect real-time updates. Adding users to the system will be immediately reflected on the board.
Q: Can multi-year contracts be viewed historically?
A: Yes. While consumption is tracked and charged annually, admins can access historical consumption data from previous years, as long as these plans were created in Admin-Internal.
Q: Can a license period begin mid-month?
A: Yes. License periods can start at any point during a month.
Q: Are consumption reports an action log or a summary status?
A: Reports provide consumption summaries (status per user), not individual action logs. Additional example data will be provided for clarity.
Q: How will historical user deactivations be tracked?
A: Currently, reactivation history is not tracked. We are implementing a new database table to track future deactivation and reactivation events. Existing users who were reactivated before this migration will not reflect historical reactivation events.
Q: Who can view the usage details tab?
A: Only customer Admins.
Q: Can any of the paid plans exceed one year?
A: No. Paid plans (MAU, MAUC, Seats) are strictly annual. Pilots may be shorter but aren't displayed in the UI.
Q: What does the MAUC "amount" represent?
A: It refers to the total annual credits available.
Q: What does it mean that the plan date is set in UTC timezone?
A: To ensure consistency across timezones. Everyone—regardless of where they create or view the plan—is working with the same start/end dates.
If a plan starts on March 1, it begins on March 1st at 00:00 UTC. So if a user logs in at 11:30 PM PST on Feb 29, that counts as a February login (since it’s still Feb in UTC).
