Overview

Second Nature offers users with admin permissions visibility into the various integrations we support. This enables administrators to see which integrations are available and whether they are currently active for their organization.

How can I see the integration page?

To access the integration page:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings

  2. Select the Integration tab

Note : this screen is not functional in terms of connecting integrations directly. It is designed as a visual overview of supported integrations and their current status.

Current Integrations We Support

Second Nature currently supports the following integrations:

  • SCORM: For e-learning content interoperability

  • SCIM: For user identity provisioning and management

  • Salesforce: For syncing CRM data and insights

  • Zoom: For meeting and call data integrations

  • SSO Setup: For single sign-on and streamlined authentication

Card Layout Overview

Each integration appears as a card in the Integration tab, providing a quick snapshot of its status and additional resources:

  1. Integration Name: Clearly shown at the top of the card

  2. Status Icon: Displays either "Connected" or "Not Connected" in the top-right corner

  3. Integration Description: A brief explanation of what the integration does

  4. Learn More Button: Redirects users to the relevant article in our Knowledge Base for further details

How to Enable These Integrations

Integrations cannot be enabled directly from the Integration tab. This screen is intended only for viewing the current state of supported integrations.

If you are interested in enabling a specific integration for your company:

  1. Reach out to your Customer Success (CS) representative to discuss eligibility and setup options

  2. The CS team will coordinate the process and assist with the necessary steps

For further reading, use the "Learn More" button on any integration card to view its dedicated Knowledge Base article.
